SuzukiPH launches the All-New Ertiga
On January 23rd, Suzuki Philippines (SPH) launched their All-New Ertiga at the Marriott Manila. Their all-new MPV features a stronger yet elegant look, has more interior space while remaining compact at the same time.
Strong and Elegant
Looking fiercer than the previous generation, it features a taller front end with a wider and more elegant chrome grille. The roof tapers off to the sides helping keep it compact yet still maintaining more headroom also giving it a better look when seen from the side. The bolder bumper integrates into the fog lamps adding a muscular look to the front end, and the deeper character lines on the shoulder and lower portion of the doors add to it’s stronger presence.
Inside, the steering wheel is racing inspired with a flat bottom, the gauges are finished with metallic chrome, and the seat fabric has a new, more luxurious design.
Superior ride, comfort and convenience
The Ertiga offers more comfort features, with more headroom and legroom than the previous generation, the 3rd row seating offers more space, and to add to passenger comfort, the third row seats are also designed with a reclining and tilt-down mechanism that adjusts up to 16 degrees.
Aside from air conditioning that can reach well into the third row, there are more storage spaces added including a coin holder, ventilated cup holder, improved center console and door pockets, to accommodate more personal items.
Lighter, more rigid
The All-New Ertiga has a lighter, yet highly rigid using Suzuki’s new generation platform, the HEARTECT. This has improved impact dispersion, which simpoves safety and at the same time is better at reducing noise and vibration. It still retains Total Effective Control Technology (TECT), which distributes collision energy across the vehicle frame to mitigate damage to the car and passengers.
Variants and Price
The All-New Ertiga GA starts at Php728,000, GL MT is Php848,000 , GL AT is Php888,000 and GLX is at Php978,000. It’s available in 7 colors: Pearl Glorious Brown, Metallic Magma Gray , Pearl Burgundy Red, Prime Cool Black, Metallic Silky Silver , Pearl Radiant Red and Pearl Snow White .
