Paranormal Activity 7 in the works

Prepare to question every creak and squeak in your house once again as Paranormal Activity 7 is officially in the works. This installment is assumed to be an epilogue, since the sixth film was called The Last Chapter.

The announcement of the seventh film in the Paranormal Activity franchise was made at CineEurope with Jim Gianopulos, the Studio Chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures, revealing that they are working on the next entry of the horror franchise.

Giano said to the audience that “We are partnering with uber horror producer Jason Blum to bring a new instalment of Paranormal Activity.” 

The movie is still in the development stage and the title and the release date has yet to be released.

While Paranormal Activity 7 will technically be the eighth entry to the franchise, its spin off The Marked Ones will not be counted as part of the core Paranormal Activity films.
