Star Wars’ The Mandalorian teased

Star Wars fans have a reason to be excited once more, especially those who have delved into it’s expanded universe. Production has begun on a live-action streaming series, “The Mandalorian”, set after the fall of the Empire and before the rise of the First Order. Details are sketchy at best but it’ll probably be like a western, about the adventures of a lone gunfighter (unrelated to Jango or Boba Fett) in the outer reaches of the galaxy. They have released one image.

It will be written and produced by Emmy nominated producer and actor Jon Favreau. Dave Filoni will direct the first episode, and other episodes will be directed by Deborah Chow, Rick Famuyiwa, Brice Dallas Howard and Taika Waititi. Rumor has it, it will launch next year, and could star Pedro Pascal. We’re sure more info will surface as get closer to its release.
