‘Black Panther 2’ release date announced

After Marvel president Kevin Feige recently confirmed that there will “absolutely” be a second film Black Panther, now he announced release date of the film. According to Feige, Black Panther 2 will be out in cinemas on May 6, 2022.

Ryan Coogler will be directing the film saying that they will take their time with it and not rush into things.

 

According to NME, the film could feature Kendrick Lamar. After composing the soundtrack for the first film, he said he plans to appear in the sequel, possibly as a super-villain.

Also, Martin Freeman confirmed that he will be back for the second installment of the series. “As far as I know, I will be (returning). As far as I know, I will be in another Black Panther. That’s my understanding,” He said in an interview with Collider regarding his return in the MCU.

Black Panther 2 will be one of the films that will be released in the Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe alongside Black Widow, The Eternals and more.
