With the cast yet to be revealed for the forthcoming Lord of the Rings TV series, Amazon just announced the creative team that will be behind in the show’s development.

In a video tweet from the show’s official Twitter account, it reveals the names of the showrunners, writers, and executive producers – most of which were from hit shows such as Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Sopranos, and more.

Others have worked with movies as well like the recently released Toy Story 4 and Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom.

Variety exclusively reported last week that Australian actress Markella Kavenagh has been cast for a role in the series. Amazon refused to comment regarding Kavenagh’s casting.

The TV series is set to take place during the Second Age of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth mythology. It will explore new storylines preceding “The Fellowship of the Ring” in a billion dollar commitment by the streaming service.
