Spidey beats ‘Toy Story 4’ in World Box Office

Immediately after its release, Spider-Man: Far From Home took the lead in the world market ultimately outpacing Toy Story 4 – which was formerly at the top of the list – with last week’s total of $331.6 million according to the figures from Comscore released on Sunday, July 7.

Having come out on July 2 in the United States, Far From Home benefited from America’s July 4 national holiday and screening in China, Hong Kong and Japan since the end of June, the film has already made $580 million worldwide.

Toy Story 4 takes second place, bringing $77.4 million for a new total of $650 million. Meanwhile, The Storm 2 – Drug Lords, an action film from Hong Kong, comes third with $59.7 million.

According to Inquirer, here is the list of the top ten in the world box office:
