‘Miracle in Cell No. 7’ Star reacts to Philippine remake trailer

The trailer of the Philippine remake of the popular Korean drama film Miracle in Cell No. 7 just dropped and it’s gaining attention due to the fact that Korean star Ryu Seung-Ryong, the original actor for the lead role of Lee Yong-gu, reacted on it and he approves.

Ryu shared the official trailer of the remake along with the caption: “So touched to know that there will be a Philippine remake of Miracle in Cell No. 7.”

Having starred in high-grossing Korean films such as Extreme Job and Kingdom, Ryu is considered to be one of the most well-known actors in Korea right now.

As part of the Manila Film Festival 2019, The Miracle in Cell No. 7 Philippine remake will be out on cinemas on December 25, 2019. The film will star Xia Vigor, Joel Torre, JC Santos, Bella Padilla, Tirso Cruz III, Mon Confiado, Soliman Cruz, and Jojit Lorenzo alongside Aga Mulach.
