Milwaukee radio station bans Drake during NBA play-offs

A local radio station in Milwaukee, 103.7 KISS FM has banned Drake’s music due to his affiliation with the Toronto Raptors, who are up against the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Play-offs. Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals happened last Wednesday May 15, where the Bucks beat the Raptors 108 to 100.

This is just a temporary boycott of Drake’s music which will last until the end of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The morning show hosts explain their reason for imposing the Drake ban.

“No more Drake until the series is done,” one of the hosts later declares, before the three KISS-FM staff then move into one of their studios to delete a Drake-filled playlist from their audio programme.
