The first look for the live-action remake of another Disney classic, Lady and the Tramp, will be coming to their soon-to-be streaming service, Disney+, in November.

According to Digital Spy, Monte and Rose are both rescue dogs who were given homes after the production.

The voice cast of the film would include Benedict Wong, Ashley Jensen, Sam Elliot and Janelle Monáe.

Monáe will be working with Wondaland members Nate ‘Rocket’ Wonder and Roman Gian Arthur on reworking the track ‘The Siamese Cat Song’ – which has been considered a negative depiction of Asian culture – and in making two new songs.

Disney+ will launch on November 12 in the US.
