Ed Sheeran nearing his 3rd #1 Album on Billboard 200

According to industry forecasters, Ed Sheeran is on his way to a third no. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. As sources suggests, his new star-studded release, No. 6 Collaborations Project, could launch atop the tally with over 170, 000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending July 18.

According to Billboard, the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart dated in July 27 – where Ed may land at no. 1 – will be revealed on the websites of Billboard on Sunday, July 21.

The British singer songwriter previously led the Billboard 200 with his albums ÷ (Divide) in 2017 and in 2014, his album X (Multiply).

Sheeran’s No. 6 Collaborations Projects features him collaborating with various artists from across different genres of music. The project already released chart-topping hits with “I Don’t Care” (featuring Justin Bieber), “Cross Me” (featuring Chance The Rapper and PnB Rock), “Beautiful People” (featuring Khalid) and “Blow” (featuring Chris Stapleton and Bruno Mars). Other featured artists on the album include Camilla Cabello, Eminem, H.E.R., Travis Scott and Skrillex.
