There’s a chance this could just be a cameo although his appearance may be a bit too much for just a cameo.

According to Digital Spy, the movie Free Guy stars Ryan Reynolds as a bank teller who discovers that he is a background character in an open world video game that will soon go offline.

Jodi Comer of Killing Eve will also be featured in the film. She will play an avatar called Molotov Girl who helps Guy (Ryan Reynolds) on his quest to find the creators of the game and prevent them from destroying his world.

Directing the film is the director of Stranger Things, Shawn Levy.
